Human Resources play an important role inspite of technical developments in the teaching process. Young, Energetic and well-qualified teaching staff with a mix of experience are on the rolls of the institution. The staffs are selected through expert committees and also through the process of the affiliating university, i.e, JNTU-Hyderabad. The staff are dedicated and giving their best for the overall development of the student community.

Staffs are frequently sent for refresher courses, subject updating courses and seminars. Some of the staff members are being deputed to quality improvement programmes organized by JNTU, MHRD, AICTE and ISTE for enriching their knowledge-as well as pedagalogical training at regular intervals.
